What Is a virtual Roof Estimate?

This allows you to have an idea of what we can offer and for what price before we meet allowing you time to look everything over and gather any questions you may have. We know time is valuable so we try to streamline the process as much as we can!

We will run a report on your home which will use satellite imaging to measure your roof and give us the size and pitch of the roof. This allows us to give you a basic cost for a New Roof.

Flower accent icon What can you not see with a virtual estimate?

Unfortunately, there are a few things we cannot tell when We perform this type of estimate. Some common things not known would be;

If there is damage to the roof decking
If you have multiple Layers of shingles on your roof
If there are other/structural damage to your roof.

What Happens once I receive my Virtual Estimate?

Once you receive your virtual estimate and have an Idea of cost and what we can offer you we like to set up a time to come inspect your roof to be sure the estimate is accurate. If we find something that needs to be addressed/added to the estimate we will discuss it with you at this time as well as answer any questions you may have and go over everything with you.
